A Touch of Wellness is a provider of hands-on therapies as well as a hub of resources and useful information, supporting the use of biodegradable, recyclable and natural, unadulterated products. Products for sale are chosen for their high natural quality and minimal or no refinement. Office supplies and packaging made from recycled material are also used as much as can be obtained. The closer we live to nature in the food we eat and the lotions, salves and soaps we use on our bodies and in our homes, the closer we are to our natural state - in spite of the technologies and distractions of modern life.
