Salary packages will vary depending on the size of the yacht and to how much the yacht is willing to pay.  There is a vague industry standard but as there is no union regulating pay scales, the yachts can pay anything they want.  The other aspect to salary packages are the benefits.  The benefits on board each yacht will vary, there is no guarantee but they can include:  paid vacation 1-2 months a year, Medical Insurance, paid courses for industry training, flights home each year & also yearly performance bonus.  I thought i would add the salary guide line for you to reference.  As I said it is a guide and should be used as a guide.  To be honest most salaries will be based on your skill level and the salary allowance aboard the yacht.  At least you'll have an idea of what each position pays going into your interview.
